ACTIVITIES
All information on entertainment programs and activities in the resort is available at the animation club in the hotel.

Air conditioning is included in the price.

Located 500 m from the resort.

BANK/POST OFFICE

BEACH
Located 200 m from the apartments. Please do not use apartment towels at the beach.

FLORIST
If you want to order flowers, please contact the Reception.

BABY COT
If you require a cot in your apartment, please contact the Reception.

DOCTOR
If you need a doctor (general practitioner, dentist, etc.), please contact the Reception.

HOUSEKEEPING
Wishing to make your stay as pleasant as possible, our Housekeeping will be happy to assist if you require additional pillows, blankets, etc.

ELECTRICITY
The apartment has 220 Volt sockets. A special 110 or 220 Volt socket for shavers is located in the bathroom. Because of safety measures, guests are not allowed to use other electrical appliances in the apartment.

NEWSPAPER/MAGAZINES
Newspapers and magazines are available at the shops in hotels and town.

CHECK-OUT TIME
Requested till 10 am. If you require a later one, please contact the Reception.

STATIONERY
If you require more stationery, please contact the Reception. Postage stamps are available at the news-stand in the hotel.

MESSAGES/MAIL
Your messages/mail are received by the Reception. Please contact the Reception for special instructions about messages and mail.

FIRE SAFETY
Please study carefully the Fire Notice on display in your apartment. In case of fire or other emergencies, follow the instructions and notify the Reception immediately. The Reception is located in the Arena Hotel Holiday. For all needed information the Reception staff is at your disposal 24 hours a day.

SAFE/JEWELLERY/VALUABLES
The safe is in the apartment and on the reception of Arena Hotel Holiday. Reception staff will be happy to give you all the needed information regarding its use. The resort will not be held responsible for money, jewellery and other valuables left in the apartment.

SAFETY
We advise you to lock the doors of your apartment, terrace/balcony and windows when you are not in the apartment. Also, do not leave your personal belongings on the terrace.

DAMAGE AND FAULTY EQUIPMENT
In spite of constant supervision, it is possible that something in your apartment does not function properly. Please indicate this on the card for maintenance staff or contact the Reception 10.

Satellite TV programs are already set and displayed on the TV Program card.

Located in the Arena Hotel Holiday.
Breakfast: 7 – 10 am.
Dinner: 7 – 9 pm. It offers à la carte dishes from 7 am – 10pm

SPORT
The sports center Arena Holiday is located near the resort. Please contact the Reception.

ENTERTAINMENT
There is a wide variety of sports, day and evening entertainment, as well as mini clubs for children. Information on program of events is displayed on the notice board at the Reception or contact the animation department.

Please observe the following:

  1. Guests should check-in after 3 pm on the agreed date of arrival. Every guest accommodated in the resort should be registered.
  2. Guests are not to disturb other guests by listening to the radio/TV loudly or making noise.
  3.  Guests should handle the apartment items with care
  4. In case of damage or faulty equipment in the apartment, guests are obliged to report this to the Reception immediately.
  5. Subsequent complaints concerning faulty equipment in the apartment will not be taken into account 11.
  6. Guests are obliged to pay for any damage caused by incorrect handling or breakage according to the price list.
  7. In case of burglary and/or theft of valuable objects from the apartment, the tourist resort takes limited responsibility in accordance with applicable regulations of the Croatian law.Jewellery, securities and money with a value of up to € 500 should be store in the apartment safe, higher amounts of valuables should be left for guarding to the Reception, otherwise the hotelier is not responsible for damage caused by the customer.
  8. Please do not leave your apartment key in the door.
  9. We will not be held responsible for your personal belongings left on the terrace.
  10. In case of moving to another accommodation unit at your own request, you are charged 20% of the daily apartment price by the individual price list.
  11. When leaving, the key / card from the apartment and the key to the safe should be handed over at the reception.
  12. Apartment should be cancelled a day prior to departure and vacated by 10 am on the day of departure to enable check-in of new guests after 3 pm. You are obliged to leave your apartment as you found it upon arrival – clean, tidy and undamaged, with the refrigerator disconnected.
  13. If a guest fails to vacate the apartment by 10 am, the Reception reserves the right to charge 50% of the daily apartment price by the individual price list.
  14. Pets are allowed at extra charge.
  15. Please park your cars on marked areas, not on green areas.
  16. Washing cars in the resort is not allowed.
  17. Barbecues and campfires are permitted only in the designated areas.
  18. For all other information, please contact the Reception in Arena Hotel Holiday.
  19. All services in the resort are available at reasonable prices

MANAGEMENT of RESORT!

  1. Pets are allowed in the resort at extra charge.
  2. Dogs should be kept on a leash with a muzzle at all times during walks on public areas.
  3. Dogs are allowed only on the beach reserved for pets.
  4. Bringing them into the water among other guests is strictly forbidden. The beach for dogs is marked on the plan of resort. Pets are not allowed to disturb the peace and quiet in the resort. Help us keep green areas clean!
  5. Pets that can disturb or endanger other resort guests are not allowed. The resort staff may refuse hospitality to guests with pets generally thought to be dangerous or aggressive.
