ACTIVITIES
Information on animation, entertainment programs and activities in the resort are available at the Reception and with our Arena Activities team – “A2”.

CLEANING
Weekly apartment cleaning service is included in the price. Additional cleaning is possible at extra charge. Please contact the Reception. The daily cleaning of the apartment does not include the cleaning of the kitchenette.

The following credit cards are accepted: Eurocard /MasterCard, Diners, Visa, American Express.

CHECK-OUT TIME
Requested by 10 a.m.. If you require later check-out time, please contact the Reception.
Damages and faulty equipment In spite of constant supervision, it is possible that something in your apartment does not function properly. Please indicate this on the card for maintenance staff or contact the Reception.

DOCTOR
If you need a doctor (general practitioner, dentist, etc.), please contact the Reception.

DO NOT DISTURB
The DO NOT DISTURB sign left on the entrance door will be completely respected.

ELECTRIAL POWER AND CONNECTION
The apartment is equipped with 220 Volt sockets. A special 110 or 220 Volt socket for shavers is located in the bathroom. Because of safety measures, guests are not allowed to use other electrical appliances in the apartment.

EXCURSIONS
To be sure buy the tickets for excursions from an authorized salesman at the Reception desk and avoid dealers outside the resort.

FIRE SAFETY
Please study carefully the Fire Notice displayed in your apartment. In case of fire or other emergencies, notify the Reception immediately.

HAIRDRESSER
Located in the Hotel Park Plaza Histria.

HOUSEKEEPING
Wishing to make your stay as pleasant as possible, our Housekeeping will be happy to assist if you require additional pillows, blankets, etc.

KIDS AND TEENS CLUB – ARTHUR´S WORLD
Kids play room is situated near the swimming pool offering fun and exciting activities for children of all ages : Baby corner (0 – 3 years), Adventure Land (4 – 12 years), Teens room (10 – 17 years), Amphitheatre and Creative corner. The working hours are subject to change, so we kindly ask you to contact the reception.

LAUNDRY SERVICE
Order forms are in the room closet. Laundry received before 9 a.m. will be returned the next morning.

MEDICINE
First-aid kit is at the Reception.

MESSAGES/MAIL

Pets are allowed at extra charge. We kindly ask you to put the tag „Pets“ on the apartment entrance. Please keep them on leash when outside the apartment.

SAFETY BOX/JEWELRY/VALUABLES
Safety box is in your apartment with the instructions. Reception staff will be happy to give you all necessary information on its usage. The resort will not be held responsible for money, jewellery and other valuables left in the apartment.

SAFETY
We advise you to lock the doors of your apartment and terrace/ balcony when you are not in the apartment. Also, do not leave your personal belongings on the terrace.

SPORT
The sports centre is located near the resort. It offers tennis courts, table tennis, mini golf, golf range, squash, badminton. Opening hours are 8:00 – 21:00. All sports grounds have floodlight and reservation should be made at the Sports centre Verudela.

SWIMMING POOL/BEACH
Swimming Pool — Working hours: 9:00 – 19:00. Please do not use apartment towels, blankets and bed linen at the swimming pool or beach.

The new fun & shopping street connects the newly renovated Park Plaza Histria Hotel and Park Plaza Verudela Resort. It contains a number of shops, a supermarket, boutiques, art galleries, souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. The Verudela Avenue is also a part of the entertainment and animation programme. It’s a common fact that the Italians have the best espresso. If you want to try it, come and visit us at our Espressamente Illy bar where you can try our coffee, cocktails, soft drinks and other refreshing drinks, but also delicious Italian food like sandwiches
and delicacies. We are also inviting you to try the delicacies in the resort restaurant. Our dedicated staff will make sure that you pamper your palate with a delicious meal and a good glass of wine. The opening hours of our restaurants, bars and shops are subjects to change and displayed on the front door of each object. For any additional information, please contact the reception.

Please observe the following:

• Every guest accommodated in the resort should be registered.
• Guests are not to disturb other guests by listening to the radio/ TV loudly or making noise.
• Guests should handle the apartment items with care.
• Guests are obliged to report any damages or faulty equipment in the apartment to the Reception immediately.
• Subsequent complaints concerning faulty equipment in the apartment will not be taken into account.
• Guests are obliged to pay for any damages caused by incorrect handling or breakage, according to the price list.
• In case of burglary and/or theft of valuable objects from the apartment, the tourist resort takes limited responsibility in accordance with applicable regulations of the Croatian law. Jewellery, securities and money with a value of up to € 500 should be store in the apartment safe, higher amounts of valuables should be left for guarding to the Reception, otherwise the hotelier is not responsible for damage caused by the customer. The apartment safe, however, should not be viewed as a replacement for the guest safe deposit boxes maintained by the tourist resort and in no way modifies the tourist resort limitation of liability for the loss of guest property. Safe in the hotel room can be opened only by a custom password and the operating instructions can be found on the door.
• We will not be held responsible for your personal belongings left on the terrace.
• Please deposit garbage from the apartment on the marked places.
• In case of moving to another accommodation unit at your own request, you are charged 20% of the daily apartment rate in the individual price list.
• Apartment should be cancelled one day before the departure and checked-out by 10 a.m. on the day of departure to enable check-in for new guests from 4 p.m. You are obliged to leave your apartment as you found it upon arrival – clean, tidy and undamaged, with the refrigerator disconnected.
• If the guest fails to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m., the Reception reserves the right to charge 50% of the daily apartment rate.
• Pets are allowed at extra charge.
• Please park your cars on marked areas, not on green areas.
• Washing cars in the resort is not allowed.
• Barbecuing is not allowed.

• All services in the resort are available at reasonable prices.
• Observe daily rest from 2 pm to 5 pm and night rest from 11 pm to 7 am
