The safe in the hotel room is opened exclusively with your password. Instructions on how to use it are in your safe. The guest’s responsibility is not to share the password with other persons. Please store valuable items, money and valuables in the room safe because the hotel management is not responsible for any disappearance of the valuables.

WELLNESS/ OUTDOOR POOL/ SUNDECK ACCESS
(Rooms 101-137, rooms 201-237 and rooms 301-337) Not all elevators operate to level -2, so we recommend you to shorten your walk and use passage on level 1 to reach side of hotel
with elevators taking you directly to level -2. Passage is on the right-hand side of elevators and it is taking you toward elevators operating to -2 level, reaching Gemma di Brioni, outdoor pool and sundeck exit.
IRONING
If you want to iron your laundry yourself, we will be happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board. Please contact the reception at 8700.
WASHING CLOTHES
Laundry service is possible daily from 8 am to 8 pm. The laundry list is in the wardrobe; please fill it out and put it in the bag with your laundry. Put the laundry bag on your bed & please inform the reception at 8700. The clothes submitted before 8 am will be returned the same day by 6 pm. For express services the price increases for 50%.

SOPHIA RESTAURANT
A – must-try- restaurant for true hedonists, a menu composed of the finest meat cuts worldwide. The top offer of the Sophia Restaurant is also the meat of indigenous protected Istrian ox boškarin (the largest ox in the world). Considering the richness and diversity of the Adriatic sea, the restaurant offers only fresh fish based on the principle -catch of the day-bluefin tuna, lobsters and Adriatic shrimps. A carefully selected menu card is complimented with the selection of the finest Croatian and world wines.

Grand Hotel Brioni has been renovated following high safety standards and is equipped with the most modern devices for prevention, detection and extinguishing the fire.
The fire devices are regularly checked. Please take precautions to prevent fire. Please check the routes and exits plan in the case of evacuation at the entrance door of your room.
Every floor has an evacuation plan. Exits and directions of evacuation are marked with green inscriptions throughout the hotel. Responsible behaviour contributes to your safety and the safety of other guests and employees.
In case of fire and smoke
Please call 8700. State your room number and describe exactly what is happening. Cover your mouth, nose, and eyes with a wet wipe or towel if the room is filled with smoke. Leave the room and close the door behind. Follow the signs on the hallways marked in green. If you have an opportunity, turn on the nearest fire alarm. Do not use the elevator because it
stops in case of danger but take the stairs as indicated on the evacuation plan.
Fire alarm
If the door is not hot, carefully open them, leave the room, and go to the nearest evacuation exit. Take the key with you to return to the room if your evacuation route is closed. If the hallway is filled with smoke, cover your mouth, nose and eyes with a wet wipe or towel. While escaping through the smoked hallways, bend down because the smoke is less dense on the lower ground. Follow the signs on the hallways clearly marked in green. Do not use the elevator because it stops in case of danger, but go to the stairs as indicated on the evacuation plan.
Stay in the room
If the doors are hot, do not open them. Put wet towels, bed sheets or clothes on the door and ventilation to avoid smoke and toxic gases. Please call 8700. State your room number and describe exactly what is happening. Stay calm and wait for further instructions. Stand by the window to be visible from the outside. Wait for firefighters.
Prevent fire
Do not smoke in the room. Smoking is strictly forbidden! Do not leave electrical appliances, burning candles, etc. unattended.
