Fire Precautions / Instructions
Please read the fire instruction notice in your room and familiarise
yourself with the nearest escape route from your room. At the sound of
the evacuation signal, please leave your room through the safest fire
escape route. Do not forget to take your room key with you. This
information is also available on your television.
Fitness
The fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment is in the lower ground
floor next to the sauna. Use of the fitness facilities are at own risk,
and you can get access with you room keys. Please contact reception to
get access to the sauna facilities. The use of the sauna costs 5.00 €.
Foreign Exchange
At the reception desk you can exchange USD and GBP into EURO (€). A
handling fee applies.

Laundry / Dry cleaning
We offer same day service if deposited at the front desk before 09.00 am
(excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays). You will find the laundry bag and list in the wardrobe. Your laundry will be returned in
your room around 07.00 pm the same day. An extra fee applies. The hotel
is not responsible for any damage or loss of your garments.
Change of Laundry
We’re pleased to change your towels and laundry daily. Please contact
Housekeeping.
Lost and Found
All lost and found items are stored and registered. Please contact
Housekeeping. Please note that the hotel management does not accept any
responsibility for guest items left on the premises.

Non-smoking rooms
The hotel provides only non-smoking rooms. Smoking in a non-smoking room
can result in a penalty due to the costs and time we must invest to get

nearby which is offered upon availability against a cost. We advise you
not to leave any valuables in your car as the hotel management is not

Safe – in room
A (laptop) safe is provided in your room for the safe keeping of your
valuables at your own risk. Please ensure that you empty the contents and
leave the safe-door open on departure. The management cannot be held
responsible for the loss of or damage to guest property.
Sauna
The sauna is located on -1 floor. To use it, please contact reception 30
minutes in advance. Please do not take bath towels from your room. Towels
and lockers are available in the sauna area. Use of the sauna is at own
risk and for hotel guests only. Children under 12 years of age, have to
be accompanied by an adult. The access to the sauna is free of charge,
please ask on the front desk for opening hours.

Sewing kit is available in your wardrobe.

Shoeshine kit is available in your wardrobe.

an outside line, please dial 0 + 00 + country code + area code +
telephone number. Calls are charged from the time the call is answered
