INDOR & OUTDORR SWIMMING POOL

Relax in a pleasant ambience of our indoor pool area with the view on the Mediterranean garden. To get to the swimming pool, please use the “W” or “-1” button in the elevator and ask the Wellness&Spa staff for towel. Swimming pool is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Children must not be left in the pool without parental/guardian supervision.

SAUNAS

Relax your body and soul in one of our saunas. Choose between Finnish, Turkish baths and bio sauna and fully enjoy moments of peace and relaxation. Please contact Wellness&Spa staff 15 minutes before using the sauna. 726

GYM & FITNESS

By pressing “W” or “-1” in the elevator, you can come to our fitness area and exercise using the latest fitness equipment. Wellness&Spa staff will gladly assist you in choosing type of exercise machines for you. 726

LAUNDRY SERVICE

Service is available daily from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. You can find the order form in your closet, please fill in the necessary information and put it in the bag together with your laundry. If received until 9:00 a.m., it will be returned the next morning the latest. For emergency, it will be returned the same day with a 50% extra charge.

IRONING

Service is available daily from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Clothes will be returned the same day. There is a possibility to use the self-service iron in your room, please contact reception to borrow one. For congress guests, we offer ironing service within 2 hours with a 50% extra charge.

DRY CLEANING

Dry cleaning is available upon request, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Clothes will be returned the next day.

THE PARK PLAZA HISTRIA

Children must not be left unattended on the balcony. Hotel has been renovated in accordance with high standards of safety and equipped with modern devices for prevention, detection, and extinguishing fire. Fire extinguishers are regularly controlled, so please be careful in order to prevent fire. Familiarize yourself with the routes and exits in case of evacuation. The evacuation plan is placed on the inside of your room’s entrance door. With responsible behavior, you are contributing to your own safety as well as the safety of other guests and staff.

IN CASE OF FIRE AND SMOKE IN YOUR ROOM:

Call the operator (dial 9) and state your room number. Describe exactly what is going on. If the room is filled with smoke, cover your mouth, nose, and eyes with a damp handkerchief or towel. Leave the room and close the door behind you. Follow the green signs in the hallways and turn on the fire alarm if possible. Do not use elevators because they are out of use in cases of emergency. Use the stairs as marked on the evacuation plan.

FIRE ALARM:

If the doors are not hot, open them with caution. Leave the room and head for the nearest evacuation exit. Bring your room key with you so you can return to your room if your evacuation route is intersected. If the hallway is filled with smoke, cover your mouth, nose, and eyes with a damp handkerchief or towel. During the escape in smoky hallways, bend down on your knees because the smoke is thinner on the ground. Follow the clearly marked green signs in hallways. Do not use elevators because they are out of use in cases of emergency. Use the stairs as marked on the evacuation plan.

REMAINING IN YOUR ROOM:

If the doors are hot, do not open them. Put damp towels, bed linen, or clothes around doors and vents so that the smoke and toxic gases would not enter the room. Call the operator (dial 9) and tell them where you are. Stay next to the window so that you would be seen from the outside. Wait for the fire brigade.

PREVENTING THE FIRE:

Do not smoke in the room. Do not empty your ashtray in the dust bin. Do not leave electrical appliances switched on, candles lit, or similar unattended.

FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL OUR GUESTS, YOU ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Hotel accommodates only guests registered with the front desk.

• We kindly ask our guests to take care of the hotel inventory and to be respectful of others regarding noise and disturbances and to respect times of rest during the day (2 p.m. – 5 p.m.) and night (11 p.m. – 7 a.m.).

• Bringing pets, bringing flammable objects, laundry washing and drying in the room are not allowed. Hotel does accept small pets only with prior notice and a fee is charged. Pets can only stay in the hotel room.

• We kindly ask you to consign valuable jewelry, money and other valuables for safekeeping to the hotel safe at the reception. For jewelry, securities and cash consigned to the hotelier, the hotelier is responsible in full.

• When leaving the room, please close water taps, check and close the balcony doors and the room doors. • On the day of your departure, please vacate the room until 10 a.m.

• It is not allowed to carry the room inventory (pillows, towels etc.) out of the room.

• Do not take hotel towels to the beach or swimming pool. While presenting your room card received upon check-in, you can get towels at the beach or at the swimming pools.

• Wear appropriate outfit in the restaurant and public areas.

• Please sign personally all invoices for used services and always carry your room card with you.

• Cancel the meal and order lunch box one day earlier but latest until 8 p.m.

• Due to security reasons, we would kindly ask our guests not to reserve sunbeds on the pool by leaving their personal belongings. Pool employees are at your disposal for additional sun beds.
