RECEPTION
The Reception is located at the resort entrance. For all needed information the Reception staff is at your disposal 24 hours a day.

CREDIT CARDS
The following credit and debit cards are accepted: Eurocard/Mastercard, Diners, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express.

RESERVATIONS
If you want to be our guest again, we will be pleased to make a reservation for your next stay.

MESSAGES/MAIL
Your messages/mail are received by the Reception. Please contact the Reception for special instructions about messages and mail.

CHECK – OUT TIME
On the day of departure, guests are required to leave the apartment until 10 am.

SAFE/JEWLRY/VALUABLES
You can find the security safe inside the apartment and at the Reception area. Reception staff will be happy to give you all the needed information regarding its use. The resort will not be held responsible for money, jewellery and other valuables left in the apartment.

SHOPS
In the camp there is a supermarket, souvenir shops, shop for marine equipment and shop for camping equipment.

ACTIVITIES
All information on entertainment programs and activities in the resort is available at the animation club or at the Reception.

PROGRAM OF EVENTS/ACTIVITIES
All programs and events are displayed on the notice board of the resort.

SPORT
Arena Grand Kažela Campsite is well popular among sport lovers as it offers all needed sports facilities for daily recreation – activity and infinity swimming pools, tennis, beach volley, table tennis, trampolines, bicycles and electric scooter 11. Various water sports are also available at the campsite like water skiing, parasailing, windsurfing, scuba diving or renting pedal boats, boats and jet skis. There is also a sports centre in the vicinity of the campsite.

ENTERTAINMENT
There is a wide variety of sports, day and evening entertainment, as well as mini clubs for children. Information on program of events is displayed on the notice board at the Reception or contact the animation department.

SWIMMING POOL/BEACH
Please do not use apartment towels, blankets and bed linen at the swimming pool or beach.

PETS
Pets are allowed at extra charge. Please keep them on a leash outside the apartment. During your stay, please use special bins for pets excrement. The PETS sign, when put on the entrance door, will be fully respected.

TV PROGRAM
Please find attached the list of TV programs.

HOUSEKEEPING
Wishing to make your stay as pleasant as possible, our Housekeeping will be happy to assist if you require additional pillows, blankets, etc.

LAUNDRY SERVICE
Token laundry. You can get all the information at the camp reception.

DO NOT DISTURB
The DO NOT DISTURB sign on the entrance door will be completely respected.

ELECTRICITY 
The apartment has 220 Volt sockets. Because of safety measures, guests are not allowed to use other electrical appliances in the apartment.

FIRE SAFETY
Please study carefully the Fire Notice on display in your apartment. In case of fire or other emergencies, notify the Reception immediately.

SAFETY
We advise you to lock the doors of your apartment and terrace/balcony when you are not in the apartment. Also, do not leave your personal belongings on the terrace.

DAMAGE AND FAULTY EQUIPMENT
In spite of constant supervision, it is possible that something in your apartment does not function properly. Please indicate this on the card for maintenance staff or contact the Reception.

Please observe the following:

1. Every guest accommodated in the resort should be registered.
2. Guests are not to disturb other guests by listening to the radio/TV loudly or making noise.
3. Guests should handle the apartment items with care
4. In case of damage or faulty equipment in the apartment, guests are obliged to report this to the Reception immediately. Subsequent complaints concerning faulty equipment in the apartment will not be taken into account.
5. Guests are obliged to pay for any damage caused by incorrect handling or breakage according to the price list.
6. Money and other valuables should not be left in the apartment, but deposited in the safe at the Reception
7. Please do not leave your apartment key in the door.
8. We will not be held responsible for your personal belongings left on the terrace
9. Please deposit garbage from the apartment at the marked places
10. In case of moving to another accommodation unit at your own request, you will be charged for the relocation costs according the individual price list
11. Key should be returned to the Reception when checking-out.
12. Apartment should be cancelled a day prior to departure and vacated by 10 am on the day of departure to enable check-in of new guests after 4 pm. You are obliged to leave your apartment as you found it upon arrival – clean, tidy and undamaged.
13. If a guest fails to vacate the apartment by 10 am, the Reception reserves the right to charge 50% of the daily apartment price.
14. Pets are allowed at extra charge.
15. Please park your cars on marked areas, not on green areas
16. Washing cars in the resort is not allowed.
17. Barbecues and campfires are permitted only in the designated areas.

19. All services in the resort are available at reasonable prices
20. We kindly ask you to keep all the windows and doors closed when leaving the apartment. Also we advise you to keep all the valuable items in the safety deposit box.

1. Dogs should be kept on a leash.
2. Dogs are allowed only on the beach reserved for pets.
3. Bringing them into the water among other guests is strictly forbidden. The beach for dogs is marked on the plan of resort.
4. Pets are not allowed to use the equipment, bathroom, dishes and bed linen intended for resort guests, otherwise the resort will claim compensation for the damage. In the sanitary No.3 there is an area for pets showering.
5. Pets are not allowed to disturb the peace and quiet in the resort. Help us keep green areas clean!
6. Pets that can disturb or endanger other resort guests are not allowed. The resort staff may refuse hospitality to guests with pets generally thought to be dangerous or aggressive.
