AIR CONDITIONING
There is a thermostat in each guest room activated by the insertion of your room key card in the unit near the entrance door, and disactivated by taking the key card out. Opening of balcony doors automatically switches off the air conditioning.

VALUABLES

Laundry service is available daily from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. you can find the order form in your closet. If your laundry is received until 09:00 a.m., it will be returned the same day.

IRONING
Ironing service is available daily from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.: if your clothes are received until 02.00 pm, it will be returned the same day. If you would like to use the self service iron, please contact the housekeeping on: 513. For congress guests we offer ironing service within 2 hours. With 50% extra charge.

For the benefit of all our guests, you are kindly requested to observe the following:

  • Hotel accommodates only guests registered with the front desk
  • We kindly ask each guest to be respectful of others regarding noise and disturbances and to respect day and nighttime of rest
  • Bringing flammable objects, laundry washing and drying in the room are not allowed
  • Valuables and money should be deposited in the room safety box, otherwise the management will not be held responsible for the loss
  • When leaving the room, guests are obliged to lock the doors
  • On the day of your departure, please vacate the room until 10 am.
  • We kindly ask you to take care of the hotel inventory
  • It is not allowed to carry the room inventory (pillows, towels etc.) Out of the room
  • Do not take hotel towels, bathrobes, bed covers, blankets etc. To the swimming pool or beach
  • Wear appropriate outfit in the restaurant and public areas
  • You are kindly asked not to bring your own food and drinks into the restaurant, as well as not to take out food and drinks from the restaurant.

Kids playground is located below the swimming pool, only 50 m away from the hotel. During summer months it is open daily from 10 a.m. until noon and from 3 p.m. until 6. p.m.

The Park Plaza Belvedere hotel has been renovated in accordance with high standards of safety and equipped with modern devices for prevention, detection and extinguishing fire. Fire extinguishers are regularly controlled. Please be careful in order to prevent fire. Familiarise yourself with the routes and exits in case of evacuation. The evacuation plan is placed on the inside of your room’s entrance door. With responsible behaviour you are contributing to your own safety as well as the safety of other guests and staff.

IN CASE OF FIRE AND SMOKE IN THE ROOM:
Call the operator (dial 502). State your room number and describe exactly what is going on. If the room is filled with smoke, cover your mouth, nose and eyes with a damp handkerchief or towel. Leave the room and close the door behind you. Follow the green signs in the hallways. Do not use elevators because they are out of use in cases of emergency. Use the stairs as marked on the evacuation plan.

FIRE ALARM
If the doors are not hot, open them with caution. Leave the room and head for the nearest evacuation Exit. Bring your room key with you, so you can return to your room should your evacuation route be intersected. If the hallway is filled with smoke, cover your mouth, nose and eyes with a damp handkerchief or towel. During the escape on smoke hallways bend down on your knees
because the smoke is thinner on the ground. Follow the clearly marked green signs in hallways. Do not use elevators because they are out of use in cases of emergency. Use the stairs as marked on the evacuation plan.

REMAINING IN YOUR ROOM
If the doors are hot, do not open them. Put damp towels, bed linen or clothes around doors and vents so that the smoke and toxic gasses would not enter the room. Call the operator (dial 502) and tell them where you are. Stay next to the window so that you would be seen from the outside. Wait for the fire brigade.

PREVENTING THE FIRE
Do not smoke in the room. Do not empty your ashtray in the dust bin. Do not leave electrical appliances switched on, candles lit or similar unattended.
