This telephone provides the following features:

  • Telephone impulses will be automatically registered by our telephone switch and automatically charged your bill.

Information on animation, entertainment programs and activities in the resort are available at the Reception and with our Arena Activities team – “A2”.

CLEANING
Weekly apartment cleaning service is included in the price. Additional cleaning is possible at extra charge. Please contact the Reception.

The following credit cards are accepted: Eurocard /MasterCard, Diners, Visa, American Express.

CHECK – OUT TIME
Requested by 10 a.m . If you require later check-out time, please contact the Reception.

DAMAGES AND FAULTY EQUIPMENT
In spite of constant supervision, it is possible that something in your apartment does not function properly. Please contact the Reception.

DOCOTR
If you need a doctor (general practitioner, dentist, etc.), please contact the Reception.

DO NOT DISTURB
The DO NOT DISTURB sign left on the entrance door will be completely respected.

ELECTRICAL POWER AND CONNECTION
The apartment is equipped with 220 Volt sockets. A special 110 or 220 Volt socket for shavers is located in the bathroom. Because of safety measures, guests are not allowed to use other electrical appliances in the apartment.

ENTERTAINMENT
Information on program of events is displayed on the notice board at the Reception.

EXCURSIONS
To be sure don’t buy the tickets for excursions from an unauthorized salesman. Please contact the Reception for more information.

FIRE SAFETY
Please study carefully the Fire Notice displayed in your apartment. In case of fire or other emergencies, notify the Reception immediately.

HOUSEKEEPING 
Wishing to make your stay as pleasant as possible, our Housekeeping will be happy to assist if you require additional pillows, blankets, etc.

LOST AND FOUND
Please contact the Reception.

MEDICINE
First-aid kit is at the Reception.

MESSAGES/MAIL
Your messages/mail are received by the Reception. Please contact the Reception for special instructions about messages and mail.

PETS
Pets are allowed at extra charge. Please keep them on leash when outside the apartment.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Please contact the Reception.

RECEPTION
The Reception is located at the entrance to the resort. For all necessary information, Reception staff is at your disposal 24 hours per day.

RENT A CAR, AIRPLANE TICKETS
The Reception staff will be happy to assist you in organizing your travel.

RESTAURANT SUNSET
Working hours: Breakfast 08:00 – 10:00

RESTAURANT SPLENDID
Working hours: 10:00 – 22:00

RESERVATIONS
If you would like to be our guest again, we will be pleased to make a reservation for your next visit.

SAFETY BOX/JEWELLERY/VALUABLES
Safety box is in your apartment with the instructions. Reception staff will be happy to give you all necessary information on its usage. The resort will not be held responsible for money, jewellery and other valuables left in the apartment.

SAFETY
We advise you to lock the doors of your apartment and terrace/balcony when you are not in the apartment. Also, do not leave your personal belongings on the terrace.

SPORT
Sports centre is located near the resort. It offers tennis, table tennis etc. Reservation of tennis courts is required.

SWIMMING POOL/BEACH
Swimming Pool – Working hours: 10:00 – 20:00. Please do not use apartment towels, blankets and bed linen at the swimming pool or beach.

TV PROGRAM
Programs are already set and displayed on the TV Program card.

WAKE-UP CALL
Please contact the Reception.

WI-FI INTERNET
Free WIFI in areas of reception and swimming pool.

Please observe the following:

  • Every guest accommodated in the resort should be registered.
  • Guests are not to disturb other guests by listening to the radio/TV loudly or making noise.
  • Guests should handle the apartment items with care.
  • Guests are obliged to report any damages or faulty equipment in the apartment to the Reception immediately.
  • Subsequent complaints concerning faulty equipment in the apartment will not be considered.
  • Guests are obliged to pay for any damages caused by incorrect handling or breakage, according to the price list.
  • Money and other valuables should not be left in the apartment, but deposited in the safety box.
  • We will not be held responsible for your personal belongings left on the terrace.
  • Please deposit garbage from the apartment on the marked places.
  • In case of moving to another accommodation unit at your own request, you are charged by the individual price list.
  • Apartment should be cancelled one day before the departure and checked-out by 10 a.m. on the day of departure to enable check-in for new guests from 4 p.m. You are obliged to leave your apartment as you found it upon arrival – clean, tidy and undamaged, with the refrigerator disconnected.
  • If the guest fails to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m., the Reception reserves the right to charge 50% of the daily apartment rack rate.
  • Pets are allowed at extra charge.
  • Please park your cars on marked areas, not on green areas.
  • Washing cars in the resort is not allowed.
  • Barbecuing is not allowed.
  • For all other information, please contact the Reception.
  • All services in the resort are available at reasonable prices.
  • Invoice for accommodation have to be paid on the arrival at the front desk upon check-in.

PETS:

  1. Dogs should be kept on a leash with a muzzle at all times during walks on public areas.
  2. Dogs are allowed only on the beach reserved for pets. Bringing them into the water among other guests is strictly forbidden. The beach for dogs is marked on the plan of resort.
  3. Pets are not allowed to use the equipment, bathroom, dishes and bed linen intended for resort guests, otherwise the resort will claim compensation for the damage.
  4. Pets are not allowed to disturb the peace and quiet in the resort. Help us keep green areas clean!
  5. Pets that can disturb or endanger other resort guests are not allowed. The resort staff may refuse hospitality to guests with pets generally thought to be dangerous or aggressive.
