AIR CONDITIONING
There is a thermostat in each guest room activated by the insertion of your room key card in the unit near the entrance door, and deactivated by taking the key card out. Please close windows and terrace doors when air condition is in use.

RESTORAN
Located on the ground floor of hotel. Breakfast is served from 7 - 10 a.m. , lunch 12 a.m. - 2 p.m. , dinner from 7 - 9 p.m.

SAFE / JEWELRY / VALUABLES
Each room has an in-room safe with a usage guide. The in-room safe can be opened only with your password. An additional safe is located at the reception desk. The reception staff will be happy to explain all in connection to its use. The daily fee for using the main hotel safe is 5,04 € / 38,00 kn. The hotel guarantees for the full value of the jewellery, securities and money deposited at the main hotel safe. In case of burglary or theft of items from the room and the in-room safe, the hotel takes limited responsibility in accordance with applicable regulations of the Croatian law.

SPORTS CENTER
Sports center where you can practice some of your favourite sports: tennis, table tennis, volleyball, badminton, mini golf, is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

SWIMMING POOL
Please do not use bath towels at the beach or pool. To obtain a towel that can only be used at the hotel pool, please contact the pool staff.

HOUSEKEEPING
Wishing to make your stay as pleasant as possible, our housekeeping will be happy to assist if you require additional pillows, blankets, etc. Please contact the reception 9.

LAUNDRY SERVICE
Laundry service is available daily. The laundry service form is placed inside the closet. Please fill out the form and place it inside the bag containing your laundry. If clothes are handed over before 9 a.m., they will be returned no later than the following morning. If you need to iron your clothes, we will gladly provide you with the iron and the ironing board. Please contact the reception desk.

ELECTRICITY
The room has 220 Volt sockets. A special 110 or 220 Volt socket for shavers is located in the bathroom. Because of safety measures, guests are not allowed to use other electrical appliances in hotel rooms.

SAFETY
We recommend closing the balcony door when leaving the room. When leaving the room, make sure to close the entrance door.

ROOM SERVICE
Room service is charged 3,5€ / 26,37 kn per order. Please contact the reception 9.

DAMAGE AND FAULTY EQUIPMENT
In spite of constant supervision, it is possible that something in your room does not function properly. Please contact the reception 9.

ANIMATION ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS
During the summer months, you can enjoy rich animation content and programs for both kids and adults. There is a wide variety of sports, day and evening entertainment, as well as mini club for children. Information on program of events is displayed on the notice board near the reception.

LOBBY BAR CAFFE BAR HOLIDAY
Located on the ground floor of the hotel. Working hours 7 a.m.- 10 p.m.

DO NOT DISTURB
The DO NOT DISTURB sign on the entrance door will be completely respected. If you do not want to be disturbed by telephone calls, please inform the reception when you want to receive them again.

ROOM LIGHT
To activate the light in your room, please insert your room key card into the unit near the entrance door. Before exiting your room, take out your card and the light will automatically turn off.

CHECK-OUT TIME
Regular check-out time is until 10 a.m. If you wish to prolong your stay, please contact the reception 9.

FIRE SAFETY
Please study carefully the fire notice on the inside of your room door in case of fire.

IN CASE OF FIRE AND SMOKE IN THE ROOM
Call the reception 9. State your room number and describe exactly what is going on. If the room is filled with smoke, cover your mouth, nose and eyes with a damp handkerchief or towel. Leave the room and close the door behind you. Follow the green signs in the hallways. If the situation allows it, turn on the nearest fire alarm. Do not use elevators because they are out of use in cases of emergency. Use the stairs as marked on the evacuation plan.

REMAINING IN YOUR ROOM
If the doors are hot, do not open them. Put damp towels, bed linen or clothes around doors and vent so that the smoke and toxic gasses would not enter the room. Call the reception 9 and tell them where you are. Stay calm and wait for further instructions. Stay next to the window so that you would be seen from the outside. Wait for the fire brigade.

PREVENTING THE FIRE
Do not smoke in the room. Do not empty your ashtray in the dust bin. Do not leave electrical appliances switched on, candles lit or similar unattended.

BAGGAGE

RECYCLING PROGRAMME
To help protect our environment, we invite you to sort out the waste as follows:

  • bathrooms bins – general waste
  • room bin – plastic, glass and metal (cans)
  • next to the room`s bin - paper, magazines and newspapers

HOUSE ORDER
For the benefit of all our guests, you are kindly requested to
observe the following:

  • Hotel accommodates only guests registered with the front desk.
  • We kindly ask each guest to be respectful of others regarding noise and disturbances and to respect day and night time of rest.
  • We kindly ask you to take care of the hotel inventory and not to take it out of the hotel.
  • Bringing animals, flammable objects, laundry washing and drying in the room are not allowed.
  • In case of burglary and/or theft of valuable objects from the room, the hotel takes limited responsibility in accordance with applicable regulations of the Croatian law. Jewellery, securities and money with a value of up to € 500 should be stored in the room safe; higher amounts of valuables should be left for guarding to the reception, otherwise the hotelier is not responsible for damage caused by the customer. The room safe, however, should not be viewed as a replacement for the guest safe deposit boxes maintained by the hotel and in no way modifies the hotel limitation of liability for the loss of guest property.
  • Before leaving the room, please make sure that all faucets and balcony doors are closed. While leaving the room, please make sure that the room entrance doors are closed.
  • Guests are to notify the reception about departure by 9 a.m., where as the room should be vacated by 10 a.m.
  • Wear appropriate outfit in the restaurant and public areas.
  • You are kindly asked not to bring your own food and drinks into the restaurant, as well as not to take out food and drinks from the restaurant.
