CLEANING
Weekly apartment cleaning service is included in the price. Additional cleaning is possible at an extra charge. Please contact the Reception. The daily cleaning of the apartment does not include the cleaning of the kitchenette.

The following credit cards are accepted: Eurocard /MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, Visa, American Express.

CHECK OUT TIME
Requested by 10 a.m .. if you require a later check-out time, please contact the Reception.

DAMAGES AND FAULTY EQUIPMENT
ln spite of constant supervision, it is possible that something in your apartment does not function properly. Please indicate this on the card for maintenance staff or contact the Reception.

DOCTOR
If you need a doctor (general practitioner, dentist, etc.), please contact the Reception.

DO NOT DISTURB
The DO NOT DISTURB sign left on the entrance door will be completely respected.

ELECTRICAL POWER AND CONNECTION
The apartment is equipped with 220 Volt sockets. A special 11 O or 220 Volt socket for shavers is located in the bathroom. Because of safety measures, guests are not allowed to use other electrical appliances in the apartment.

EXCURSIONS
To be sure buy the tickets far excursions from an authorized salesman at the Reception desk and avoid dealers outside the resort.

FIRE SAFETY
Please study carefully the Fire Notice displayed in your apartment. ln case of fire or other emergencies, notify the Reception immediately.

HAIRDRESSER
Located in the Hotel Park Plaza Histria.

HOUSEKEEPING
Wishing to make your stay as pleasant as possible, our Housekeeping will be happy to assist if you require additional pillows, blankets, etc.

KIDS AND TEENS CLUB ARTHUR´S WORLD
Kids’ playroom is situated near the swimming pool offering fun and exciting activities for children of all ages: Baby corner (0 - 3 years), Adventure Land (4 - 12 years), Teens room ( 10 - 17 years), Amphitheatre and Creative corner. The working hours are subject to change, so we kindly ask you to contact reception.

LAUNDRY SERVICE
Order forms are in the room closet. Laundry received before 9 a.m. will be returned the next morning.

MEDICINE
A first-aid kit is at the Reception.

MESSAGES/MAILS
Your messages/mail are received by the Reception. Please contact the Reception far special instructions about messages and mail.

NEWSPAPERS/MAGAZINES
Newspapers and magazines are available from the shop within the resort.

PETS
Pets are allowed at an extra charge. We kindly ask you to put the tag „Pets” on the apartment entrance. Please keep them on a leash when outside the apartment.

RADIO
You can listen to radio stations on TV.

The Reception is located at the entrance to the resort. For all necessary information, the Reception staff is at your disposal 24 hours per day.

The Reception staff will be happy to assist you in organizing your travel.

Working hours: Temporarily closed.

RESERVATIONS
If you would like to be our guest again, we will be pleased to make a reservation for your next visit.

SAFETY BOX/JEWELRY/VALUABLES
The safety box is in your apartment with the instructions. The reception staff will be happy to give you all the necessary information on its usage. The resort will not be held responsible for money, jewellery and other valuables left in the apartment.

SAFETY
We advise you to lock the doors of your apartment and terrace/balcony when you are not in the apartment. Also, do not leave your personal belongings on the terrace.

SPORT
The sports centre is located near the resort. lt offers tennis courts, table tennis, mini-golf, golf range, squash, badminton. Opening hours are from 8 am to 8 pm. AII sports grounds have floodlights and reservations should be made at the Sports centre Verudela.

SWIMMING POOL/BEACH
Working hours: 9:00 - 19:00. Please do not use apartment towels, blankets and bed linen at the swimming pool or beach.
