AIR-CONDITIONING
Room temperature is controlled by a thermostat. When the terrace
doors or windows open, the air-conditioning turns off.

Located in the center of Medulin and city of Pula.

Please contact the Reception for taking or safekeeping of your baggage.

BANQUETS AND COCKTAIL PARTIES
For everything connected with banquets, cocktail parties, meetings,

Beauty Center is located on the ground floor. For reservations and

Requested by 10 a.m. If you require later check-out time, please contact

DAMAGES AND FAULTY EQUIPMENT
In spite of constant supervision, it is possible that something in your
room does not function properly. Please contact the reception.

If you need a doctor (general practitioner, dentist, etc.), please contact
the Reception.

The DO NOT DISTURB sign left on the entrance door will be completely
respected.

ELECTRICAL POWER AND CONNECTION
The room is equipped with 220 Volt sockets. A special 110 or 220
Volt socket for shavers is located in the bathroom. Because of safety
measures, guests are not allowed to use other electrical appliances in
the room.

EXCURSIONS
To be sure buy the excursion tickets from an authorized salesman at the
Reception desk and avoid dealers outside the hotel.

FIRE SAFETY
Please study carefully the Fire Notice displayed in your room. In case of
fire or other emergencies, notify the Reception immediately.

Fitness center is on the hotel’s ground floor.

HAIRDRESSER
Located near the hotel.

HOUSEKEEPING
Wishing to make your stay as pleasant as possible, our Housekeeping
will be happy to assist if you require additional pillows, blankets, etc.

Order forms are located in the room closet. Laundry received before 9
a.m. will be returned the next morning.
